Asielhond vzw follows the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 with regard to the processing of personal details, modified by the law of 11 December 1998, in which is taken into account the European directive of 24 October 1995. This law stipulates that the person or the company which data collect must the authorisation of the person whose personal details it concerns that the data must be relevant, correct and correct and that they must be collected for specific, clear and legal aims. The person whose personal details it concerns, must access has and the right the information which concerns him/her to modify. Asielhond VZW will never sell or tell your data to third parties.
